Return to School Sept 2020
Return to school in September
We have completed the risk assessment that abides by all Government guidance. The school will be fully open and all children expected to attend in September.
Arrangements for the new Apple Class are being sent out by letter to parents.
Children will still need to arrive at 10 minute intervals to prevent cross infection and maintain social distancing. Please would you help us by only allowing one adult to accompany children and moving promptly away after dropping off to keep other adults safe outside of the gates.

The school day will be the same length as previously for all children.
Lunch arrangements will also adhere to 2m distance and rigorous hygiene levels. We will nevertheless provide hot school meals and a limited served salad bar. The fruit trolley will only hold fruit with skin (bananas, apples, tangerines etc.). Children will still go to lunch with their classmates and those with a sandwich lunch from home will go with their class as before. Universal free school meals are still provided for all key stage 1 children (yrs R, 1, 2).
Please keep items brought into the school environment to a minimum. Only book bags and water bottles need to be brought into school, no rucksacks please.
On PE days, children should wear full PE kit to school. This should be outdoor PE kit with indoor kit underneath and trainers, (this means there will be no need for changing in school). We cannot, as yet, say what may happen about swimming.
